Cancellation Policy 

When you make your appointment you are holding a space on our booking system that is not longer available to other clients.

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointments we kindly request 24 hours notice prior to your appointment. 

  • Any cancellation or reschedules made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved service.

  • Any unattended appointment without prior notice will incur the full treatment fee, which will be charged to your account and must be paid in full before booking your next appointment.
